News for Parents:
On April 31, 2010- I had an un-announced visit from the C.D.A Nutrition Program. On this visit I received yet again a perfect report, the monitor ‘Melissa Milkham’ who conducted the review presented my daycare with a “Certificate of Appreciation” to providing healthy meals to the children in my care.
On October 19,2009 I had an un-announced visit from California Department of Social Services Community Care Licensing Division. On this visit I received a perfect site visit yet again! That visit was the 3rd to date and all of which have been perfect with no violations! On my first un-announced visit the evaluator ‘stateda he was as very impressed! He said that normally on first time un-announced visits there are many violations. I had not one!
These site visits are examples of the effort that I strive, as well as two different state agencies- to give quality service in every aspect of my day care to provide! BY: "CDL" Safe "CDA" Nutritious "ME" Loving Sincerly
A few of my references
Our son Scott Snyder attended Little Rascals Day Care from June of 2007 full time and he still attends part time to this day. The reason of leaving was I was able to stay home with him full time.
My husband and I found that Mariah Borutta and Little Rascals Day Care provided everything that we were looking for and then some. She provided reliability, safety and a wonderful learning environment, not to mention that it was always FUN!
Mariah made my son feel happy and safe, it was like another home to him, and that gave me peace of mind when I brought him there.
We felt trust, comfort and confidence when our son was with Mariah. We would NEVER take him anywhere else, in fact he still goes from time to time because we love her so much!
My husband and I fully recommend Little Rascals Day Care with Mariah Borutta!

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing this recommendation for Little Rascals Day Care run by Mariah Borutta. She has been taking care of my two daughters (Kaelyn 2 years and Sarah 10 months) for the past 8 months and I couldn’t be happier with the care they receive. It is a difficult decision to place your children in the care of someone else and not one that I entered into lightly. After doing numerous visits and interviews I met Mariah and was immediately impressed with her kind manner and dedication to provide a nurturing environment for children. I can honestly say that I can drop my kids off every morning knowing they will be provided with a loving environment where they are encouraged to grow and learn each and every day. In addition, I have found Mariah to not only be willing, but to encourage input from parents on anything from helping with sleep training to potty training. She enthusiastically supports and respects my parenting style allowing for consistency between home and day care.
